What payment options do I have and what needs to be taken into account?

We offer the following payment options:

• Payment by credit card
• Payment on account (CH and EU area)

Please note that downloads can only be paid for by credit card. Important note: When ordering from abroad only payment with a valid credit card (Master and Visa) or via PayPal is possible.

When can I not pay on account?

• if the delivery address is not in Switzerland or in the EU area.
• when ordering a download product.

We ask for your understanding regarding this restriction in connection with the payment on account. For unlimited shopping satisfaction we recommend payment by credit card.
